Problem fixed: Replaced several feet of fuel line

I replaced all the 1995 original fuel lines that go from carburetor to carburetor to replace to broken 3 inch piece that was causing my issues. I used hose clamps instead of zip ties so I had to pre tighten the clamps and then bend them into a circle to get a tight fit for that small diameter.

Problem fixed: Dry rotted gas lines & carburetor rebuilds

Doing my annual maintenance on my pontoon and motor. Easy rebuild of the 3 carbs and found that the gas lines between the carbs were getting dry rotted. Not bad that they lasted 16 years, so time to replace them all. Being that I was in no rush and no one to bother me, it took me about 6 hours to complete the job, as I look for other things while doing the work. Normally something like this takes me about 2 hours but I like to take my time and triple check my work. It's a very easy task and I learn more things every time I do this. BTW....one thing I do want to mention. The "gas lines" between the carbs and other gas lines you find all over the motor, is actually called "tubing " and you can't find it in any automotive parts store nor hardware store. Not even other marine parts store. Only Crowley Marine is the only store that carries the correct OEM "tubing". Hope this info helps others.
