Getting difficult to find the correct part for a 23 year old outboard at a fair price. Crowley had the correct switch, wire color changed some over time and it was a breeze to swap out. Matched all the colors but 2 and guessed correctly the 1st attempt. Have purchased parts from Crowley in the past, they always have the part and shipping is quick.

Problem fixed: Key switch did not work and blew fuse due to water in old key switch
Simple job of cutting out older key switch one wire at a time and reconnecting new wires of new key switch! took about 45 minutes total.

Removing and replacing a ignition switch is no easy task especially with the possibility of not getting an exact replacement. After receiving my new switch i unpackaged it and found it to be a exact match this made the replacement much easier because i just followed the OEM wiring schematic .
