Problem fixed: Drained fuel from tank for off season.

Ordered fuel line, fuel filter and quick release fittings to drain fuel tank with automotive electric pump. The fittings made it easy because I didn’t want to cut the boat fuel line to fit pump. Super easy, now all I do is add new gas and go fishing when it is not 110 in Arizona.

I live in Canada and I have ordered in the past from Crowley Marine. I continue to be very happy with the quick service and breath of availability of parts for my Mercury 115hp EFI outboard.

My only complaints are that the serial number for my 2019 Mercury Mercury takes me to a 2011 parts list and I still haven't found the lock washer for the prop nut listed in your parts list.

Very good. I would have rated it excellent but I didn't review what was included in the water pump repair kit I purchased. It failed to provide the water pump impeller, totally my fault for no paying attention.

Problem fixed: Rough idling

60 hp Mercury 4 stroke EFI was running rough at low RPM ( idling ). After replace the in line fuel filter and water seperator fuel filter the problem disappear, motor running great now.

Ordered minnkota trolling motor foot pedal, not only was it much cheaper than the big box stores. I received it in 2 days.

I dont care to "shop" much, but thankfully I did as I found that "Crowley" had much better prices and a lower shipping rate than anyone else that I found on-line. However, one of four products I ordered was wrong. After an email to "Crowley", I received a prompt reply, an apology and that the correct part was being delivered with a return box/postage for sending the wrong part back. "Crowley" will continue to get my business in the future.

Problem fixed: damaged fuel filter

While venturing further than normal on Lake Wedowee, my motor suddenly stuttered and shut down. After a quick inspection, it was apparent that a crack had formed on the plastic casing of my fuel filter and fuel was spraying inside the engine compartment rather than feed into the combustion chamber. I would have been completely stranded if it weren't for my daughter who miraculously brought along a roll of duct tape. I used the duct tape to temporarily seal the fuel filter just enough to get the pontoon to safety. I ordered new filters from Crowley Marine and received the shipment in a matter of day and was able to replace the damaged filter with a new one in a matter of minutes. Thanks Crowley Marine!
