Very professional treatment and communicative. Have to say it!! It is understandable when suppliers or manufacturers missed their goals, but when a company maintain their clients inform of any order status its changes everything. Problem fixed: No Oil / overheated

-Water pump complete kit replaced. -Found air bubbles inside the oil lines from the oil tank to the oil pump. -Did the winterization twice and still some air in the lines. -Found the oil tank cap to tighten and the tank slightly collapsed. Technician had troubleshoot the engine without getting a conclusion. Still working due to the light of the EMM getting on (NO OIL / OVERHEATED) everytime we perform a test.

Problem fixed: TIME TO CHANGE PLUGS

I TOOK OUT THE OLD PLUGS. SET THE GAP ON THE NEW PLUGS, INDEX MARKED THE NEW PLUGS AND PUT THEM IN. TOOK OUT THE OLD FUEL/WATER SEPARATOR AND INSTALLED THE REPLACEMENT FUEL/WATER SEPARATOR. DID A WATER HOSE RUN-UP AND CALLED IT A DONE JOB. NOT A BIG DEAL......

I would give 5 stars but the first package I received had items that I did not order and was missing quite a few things that I did order. But as soon as I contacted them about it they sent out the remaining parts right away so I'm all good.
