Problem fixed: Fuel system sucking air causing engine to die upon hard throttle down.
Found screws on fuel pump body needed snugging down. Fuel pump last rebuilt in 2011 so decided to replace diaphragm and gaskets while inspecting check valves and intake screen. Haven't completed yet but will within a week or two.

Problem fixed: Motor had been setting idle for more than 20+ years
I began the journey with a little clean-up. Replacing all fuel lines, filters, plus/wires and seals within the fuel/carburetor system. Turning the motor over by hand i used WD40 to help exercise the the top end, this worked great. The lower end rebuild was very simple and some what time consuming. The online exploded parts viewer was great for ordering and putting the components back in place. I believe i had less than 5 total hours in the rebuild and two days later and a few "small" adjustment the motor is running like new

Problem fixed: No fuel to carbs
This engine is old. 1993 to be exact. Only tough part is getting valves out of fuel pump. I had to make a slide hammer to do it. So. Good luck. Follow your service manual on this one.
