Problem fixed: Fishing line wrapped around shaft and seal..prop..water in gear case.

Remove bearing housing..replace seal..replace fuel pump Diaphragm...holes in it..bought extra stuff like a nother Diaphragm and impeller(water pump)..prop cap and stuff.No hurry..retired.Boat runs great..been to mexico..sierras..so cal fresh and salt..85 Bayliner Capri. Little boat.Best regards...Randall

My parts search lead me to Crowley Marine due to the age of my 1988, 35 hp Marine outboard. Great people to work with, very knowledgeable. All of the parts were in stock. I will definitely use Crowley for all of my outboard needs from now on!

Problem fixed: Motor had been setting idle for more than 20+ years

I began the journey with a little clean-up. Replacing all fuel lines, filters, plus/wires and seals within the fuel/carburetor system. Turning the motor over by hand i used WD40 to help exercise the the top end, this worked great. The lower end rebuild was very simple and some what time consuming. The online exploded parts viewer was great for ordering and putting the components back in place. I believe i had less than 5 total hours in the rebuild and two days later and a few "small" adjustment the motor is running like new

Outstanding as usual! Fortunately I do not need or Purchase many items for my Boat Motor, but when I do, it is from Crowley Marine.

Problem fixed: Hard starting, loss of Power and running out of Fuel.

Originally found Fuel lines deteriorating from within from the use of Regular Gasoline. Switched to Non Ethanol Fuel and replaced all Fuel Lines. Found Fuel Filter partially plugged and replaced. Found improvement in starting however still loosing power and running low rpm. Purchased all AVAILABLE parts to rebuild Fuel Pump and Carburetor from Crowley Marine. Parts arrived quickly and at reasonable cost! Repairs completed and now ready for a Great Bass Fishing season! Crowley Marine is the Best.

changed fuel filter, removed pump out put fuel line noted no fuel. removed 2 stage fuel pump, rebuilt and reinstalled. rechecked for fuel output
