Problem fixed: Converting 40hp to 50hp

I removed the 40hp carbs and reeds. Installed Boyensen reeds and 50hp carbs. I ordered all the gaskets I needed through this company. Everything came very quick and was all the correct parts. Motor runs hard and smooth. Definitely will be ordering my parts here.

Had to remove carbs and clean them, replaced damaged gaskets.

Problem fixed: Drained Float Bowls, Replaced Air Intake Gaskets and Fuel Filter.

50hp Johnson 2 Stroke, Hard Start, Stall... Fuel Tanks and Carbs full of water, Removed Oil Injection Pump from Air Silencer (3 Push Pins) Removed Air Silencer Cover, then Silencer Assembly, Gain Access to Float Bowl Drain Screws, Leave Screws out while You Pump Fresh Fuel Thru Squeeze Ball into Carbs, Wait till you see Fresh Fuel Draining from Float Bowls, Reinstall Drain Screws, Replace Carb to Silencer Gasket, Then Air Silencer to Cover Gasket and Finally the 3 Push Pins that fasten the Oil Injection Pump to the Silencer, Replace your Fuel Filter, Replace Your Spark Plugs, Squeeze Fuel Line Ball to prime Carbs, Crank it up and Listen to Your Freshly Tuned Engine Purr.....Lets Go Pontoon Boating!!!
