Problem fixed: Fuel Leak at top of engine, just below intake manifold. Fuel puddled on top of engine..
The fuel leak would appear after running the engine for about 10 seconds. Tt was determined it was coming from the fuel injectors. After removing the intake manifold, I was able to access the injectors. When I removed the injector, it was evident the gaskets were worn. I replaced all injector gaskets (e per injector) and reassembled.. Fuel leak stopped! The repair job for all 8 injectors took about 2.5-3 hours.
