Overall experience was really good. It took a while for my parts but not their fault. They had to wait for it to come fro Mercury. What impressed me was them contacting me half way through the wait to let me know they hadn't forgotten about me and to apologize for the wait.That goes a long way! Their pricing is really good too. Less expensive than Amazon, just sayin'!

Problem fixed: Damaged intake grate

This is a jet drive on a Sea Doo Utopia 185. First weekend with the boat got a chunk of branch in caught in the impeller. Inspection revealed a damaged intake grate. Ordered the stationary one instead of the hinged one. Easy replacement. Would have been easier if some previous "mechanic" hadn't stripped out the head of one of the Torx bolts. Nothing a drill and a pair of locking pliers couldn't fix! Put in the new grate and all new bolts.

I will buy from Crowley again, but only when it is specific engine parts. It was impossible to find information about rigging for the Mercury engines on the Crowley website. There is a rigging section, but it only applies to Yamaha and Johnson.

Problem fixed: Poor acceleration, cavitation

Rebuilt the OEM stator by welding vanes and polishing. Replaced standard impeller with high skew impeller, replaced control cable boots, and replaced wear ring.

Problem fixed: pump pinion gears burnt out

really like the diagrams and part lists, have done several projects on several boats. Still haven't completed this one as the part seems to be non existent, p/n826536T, I have some hope that Crowley marine is still searching for one. Will up-date if the part ever becomes available.

Problem fixed: sacrificial anodes used up..bolt missing from reverse gate

remove reverse gate, tap out old bushings and install new bushings, install gate with new pivot bolts. remove screws for two round sacrficial anodes, install new anodes with new screw, lock washer and blue loctite on screws.
