FedEx ups etc always make you pay import fees....always. where usps is very fair in this matter.

Problem fixed: sacrificial anodes used up..bolt missing from reverse gate
remove reverse gate, tap out old bushings and install new bushings, install gate with new pivot bolts. remove screws for two round sacrficial anodes, install new anodes with new screw, lock washer and blue loctite on screws.
