Hi I need a new sender /float assembly for the remote 3 gal oil tank for a Mercury Optimax 175 with smartcraft instrumentation. S/N is 1B 539429 Can you advise which part number this is as you have several on your website and I cannot locate the part via the normal motor s/n parts diagrams you have. Many thanks Jeff

I was disappointed, first because the item I ordered was not in stock and took more than the expected 3-7 days for it to be received by Crowley Marine. I was notified on a Monday morning that the part had been shipped, but later learned that had not gone out on the next day. This resulted in the 2 day service I had payed for being extended to 4 days, since it was received at my post office on Thursday. Consequently I was denied use of my boat on vacation. It appears to me that is to be desired in the coordination of you shipping department, especially after you had noted that you had experienced a delay from the factory and promised expedited handling when the expected part was received.
