Problem fixed: Fresh water impeller was not working at optimal

Removed belt and pump drive from bracket, removed two rear fresh water source and fresh water feed to engine hoses. I removed the pump from the boat and removed the rear cover by extracting the six 11mm bolts. Removing the old impeller was rough as it had been in there a while and required a deal of force to separate it from the shaft. To make this easier I removed the flat side plate from the pump housing and extracted up and out. Once the impeller was out I installed the new impeller and pressed it on the shaft flush with the pump housing. I then installed the flat plate back into housing and screwed it back to the pump housing. I installed the rear cover careful to line up the new paper gasket and returned the six 11mm bolts and torqued them down. I replaced the pump into the bracket and tightened it to the bracket. Replaced and bolted on the pulley and the center nut, reinstalled the drive belt then reconnected the drive belt. After I removed the fresh water feed from the bottom of the boat and connected it to my garden hose and started the boat to check for leaks. Everything was perfect! Another perfect part from Crowley.

Problem fixed: Leaking exhaust bellows

Took a bit of prep work (and a heat gun to soften the bellows), but pretty straight forward repair. This engine is pretty simple!
