Problem fixed: 600 hour water pump replacement

YouTube Marine Tech Tools Yamaha Outboard Water Pump. Says it all. Clear, concise and useful instructions. I used the video prior to teardown. Inspected parts and ordered what was required from Crowley Marine. Had the parts in two days. Assembly was easy. Pump works perfectly.

Problem fixed: Routine Maintenance

Place motor in forward gear Remove dolphin fin. Remove bolt under fin. Remove second bolt next to bolt under fin Loosen all 6 outer bolts holding foot of motor. Drop foot down with bolts holding in place. Remove 5 of the bolts. Hold foot and remove last bolt and drop foot from motor. Remove pump housing. ****Remove sleeve and fiber bushing holding impeller in place**** Remove Impeller
