items were very well packaged and it was apparent that great care was taken to ensure an accurate order. However, i wasn't super excited to have waited a month for parts. it would be better if the "waiting on manufacturer" status was posted on original parts order form BEFORE payment was rendered.

Problem fixed: cooling system inoperable

disassembled to find water pump fins rotted off. tons of corroded parts and seized fasteners...lower unit was definitely not serviced in many years (if at all). had to replace ALL components of water pump and also replaced all lower unit seals. thankfully, parts were still available...all is running and pumping perfect now!!!

Problem fixed: Routine maintenance

Easy install of a new O.E.M. Suzuki water pump impeller kit. Old impeller was working fine,just some preventative maintenance changing out a common wear part.

Problem fixed: Frequent stalling

I replaced the fuel pump diaphram and gaskets. Also as a precaution I replaced the water pump impeller. Test drive and all is well.

Problem fixed: No water exiting the motor.

Should have been 30 min to 1 hr job. Water pump housing bolts were frozen. Twisted off the first bolt. Used heat, impact driver and solvent to finally remove the remaining 3 bolts. Neighbor came by with his easy out screw extractor kit. However, it wasn’t easy out on that bolt. After a couple of hours we opted to drill out the bolt and tap it with a smaller bolt. Finally fished the job. Still need to test it though.
