Problem fixed: Fuel system

Removed intake manifold, replaced all fuel hoses pumps filters, replaced all water lines and thermostat. Basic recondition 2007 df90

It took a little longer than normal to get my order but they let me know ahead it would take longer for the parts that were not in stock .All parts were correct and have been installed with no problems

Problem fixed: Motor would not crank or run

First thing Suzuki motors are good motors my problem was due to a water problem due to faulty gas cap and water getting by sending unit gasket. I had to replace low pressure and high pressure filters, low pressure fuel pump ,VST tank assembly and fuel injectors and fuel lines and outside fuel filter this was a costly repair I did the repair myself Take this advice keep a close watch on your fuel in gas tank check fuel filter at least every other trip and don't leave a full tank of gas just leave enough for a trip at the time . One other point if you leave your boat uncovered and you have a vented gas cap you may want to keep the cap covered. I hope this review will help someone

easy to navigate parts. had to wait a few days before shipment left as some parts were not in stock, I understand you can not carry everything. delayed also at my end by not being informed when package arrived at my local post office.

Problem fixed: Water mixing with sump oil,

Cooling water getting in to engine oil. Assumed it was head gasket problem, Replaced head gasket,but still have same problem, Is an on going project, am told it may be corrosion problem in engine carier,trying to get more info before I jump into it again.
