Problem fixed: Leaky fuel switch

I ordered in middle of Covid scare. They had part and shipped wrong one by accident. I called and they immediately sent the correct part. Helpful and dedicated.

Parts weren't immediately available and needed to be ordered from supplier. After almost 3 weeks with no update, I had good help from customer service, who refunded my speedy shipping fees and sent the parts 2-day express when they did arrive. 4 stars because parts were right and some factors (COVID) slowed the warehouses, plus the extra service. But it did take a month to arrive.

Problem fixed: Fuel shut off valve was damaged / missing parts

The motor I was working on was from the 1980's, so parts are getting hard to find. The fuel shutoff valve was missing a critical piece, the shutoff lever. After debating removing the assembly and rigging up some hoses and fittings to incorporate an alternative, more easily attainable shut off valve, I decided to go with the OEM from Crowley Marine. Part was genuine Mercury / Quiksilver and recently manufactured. I am highly satisfied with the part and service. Thank you Crowley Marine!
