Problem fixed: Motor on but no power when given throttle.
Use needle nose pliers to squeeze the back of the old bushings then push in and they will pop out. Simply insert the new bushings. You will need to unscrew one nut to replace the left bushing as the prongs are facing into the engine. Take a picture of how the spring is attached to that part prior to unscrewing. It's easy to put back together. As a tip, use a small zip tie around each bushing and the throttle arm after you replace them so when they become weak again in the future the throttle control arm won't fall out while you're on the lake so you can make it back to the launch ramp or your dock.

Problem fixed: No throttle response
Motor has a stainless throttle linkage held by plastic clip inserts. The inserts wear out over time allowing the linkage to come loose when pressure applied via throttle cable. Linkage was probably okay but I ordered linkage and 2 new clips. Easily installed and works perfectly.
