Problem fixed: Isolator Bushing worn out.

Partially deployed trolling motor and blocked with towels and wood blocks. Opened access door on Gatormount 360. Removed motor shaft and worn isolator bushing. Installed new bushing and closed & tightened access door to seat new bushing. Opened back up and put motor shaft in place. Closed access door and tightened. Stowed trolling motor.

Problem fixed: Rubber isolator bushing was damaged

Simply unscrew the bolt that clamps the shaft to the mount, install bushing, close the clamp, and tighten bolt

Problem fixed: Worn out bushing in the bow mount, let the motor slip deeper then set due to heavy use and age of the rubber bushing

Simple fix. Double check the motor name, power and model #. ( helps to take photos to reference when shopping) then follow the well written instructions and it was installed in minutes, works like new.

The process was a little slow b/c even though the inventory online showed available, it was not. They had to order the part in before shipping it out. Problem fixed: Lost half of my rubber isolator grommet

I opened the clamp and reinstalled the new isolators on the shaft. I put a bead of silicone on the backside of each to keep them stuck inside the clamp so I won't lose half of it overboard when adjusting it again.
