Problem fixed: Side plates broke at screws

The plastic side covers broke at the screw posts. Replaced the side covers, using longer screws and rubber washers on both sides of the cover plate to reduce risk of breaking again by allowing some flexibility. IMO, the side plates are poorly designed, and use a poor choice of material that breaks too easily.
