Fully Assembled Remanufactured Cylinder Head. Assembly includes a freshly machined cylinder head, new stainless steel valves, guides, keepers, and springs. Ready for installation. (Special Note: Do not order this head assembly if the engines original cylinder heads included roller‑rocker arms.) Fits(1996‑1999) MCM 4.3L Gen+ engines with non‑roller rocker arms.
