Problem fixed: Lower pivot block
Not a job for a novice had to dismantle the entire outboard in order to replace it.if you don't have the proper tools and a way of lift the power head off don't try it.i work as a farm mechanic where I have totally torn apart tractors and put them back together and was questioning myself at times doing this repair but it is back together and running thanks to Crowley marine having the parts I need
