It has always been a good experience. I recently ordered a bunch of parts and the box showed up missing a few things that I paid for. Problem fixed: 300 hour service

I use my engine in saltwater so I did the entire recommended service list, not just the 300 hour. It runs like a top. I will be needing a new lower unit in the next year or two due to saltwater corrosion. I've looked them up and they're readily available brand new. Pretty good for a 14 year old engine!

-changed upper crankshaft bearing and seal + both thermostats.

Absolutely excellent - I needed a new Neutral Safety Switch for my 2008 etec75 - with Crowley Marine’s website it was easy to find and easy to order - delivery arrived within the promised 5 business days (I am living in Australia) - I installed the new switch and the motor runs again like new - I will definitely shop again at Crowley Marine - Werner

Problem fixed: Engine not accelerating past 1800 rpm and shaking wildly

1) checked service manual and on the internet to find the issue on hand of the symptoms 2) took out the faulty switch - I tied a thin wire onto the lead of the faulty switch before I took it out and left the wire there as help to pull the new switch cable back in through the same route 3) tied the end of the new lead onto the wire and pulled it carefully through to the plug-in connector 4) plugged the new cable in 5) screwed on the switch on its spot 6) tried it on the water - motor runs again perfectly 😊

Problem fixed: motor wouldn't start - had no fuel

When changing the fuel pump for the updated version, be sure to understand that the gas lines were reversed. The line from the lower fuel pump goes into the bottom gas line closest to you and the fuel return line from the injectors goes to the back one - this is reverse from the old style fuel pump.

Every time I deal with these folks it is a great experience. The products are exactly what I ask for and of good quality. The shipping is almost immediate. Don't be afraid to deal with Crowley Marine.

This review actually covers several orders. I bought a used boat (2006) and needed to know what I had before taking it out. Used the tech tips and exploded views to figure out what parts I needed to service the Evinrude E-tec 90 hp. The phone support was excellent to make sure we I got the right parts. Changed water pump, thermostat fuel filter and fluids. All the parts and advice came from Crowley’s.

Problem fixed: Routine Maintenance

Basically performed the 300/3yr service using the tech tip pages/parts breakdowns from the web site and other sources. Project went well. Typical job where the first time takes 4 hours and if I did it again it would be an hour tops. Saved myself a bunch of money for tackle and gas!

Problem fixed: Water pump seals and internal anoid

I needed a new water pump and anoid on lower shaft carrier unit and seals on carrier as well as seals under water pump i ordered parts as usual delivery on time. As i was checking my manual i realized i needed an exhaust seal that i failed to order so called Crowley they had part i opted for three day shipping and got part on time to start repair . these are good people and have had parts when i needed them i will order from them again thank you Crowley Marine Steve B.
