Problem fixed: Shift/Throttle Handle carb adjuster replace

Pushed in 2 tabs while pulling rearward on handle to remove from arm, be careful to not lose the 2 Helix Rollers (apply grease to hold in place) inserted Idle Adjuster and reassembled.

Problem fixed: Could not adjust Idle.

When I received the Idle adjustment part in the end of tiller handle, It took longer to open the package than to install the part. Now everything works great again. Thank you Mr. Crowley.

Ordering from Crowley was pretty good, they had the parts that I was looking for and the diagrams were great. The ordering process was pretty easy and they made it apparent that orders were taking longer with the whole Covid thing however it was over a week before the product was even pulled from the warehouse which I was a little bummed about but that is life.

Having a hard time purchasing parts for 2000 evinrude 9.9. No longer stocked by Crowley or MFG.

Problem fixed: Water in oil.

Found engine block warped. Machined surface and reassembled with new head gasket. Had to use some old seals and made some gaskets.

Problem fixed: Repair broken idle adjustment

Tilt handle idle adjustment was broken at the end of the handle. Removed handle cover and replaced the adjustment part. Very easy.

My first order was never received. However, the staff a Crowley Marine could not have been more helpful in refunding my original purchase. I re-ordered and paid for priority postage and my order was received in Australia within a few days. Extremely happy to recommend Crowley Marine.

I live in Australia and ordered from Crowley Marine as I couldn't find parts locally... I received everything I ordered.. brand new and within 4 to 5 working days... I'll definitely look here first if II need anything else :)

Problem fixed: Tiller handle throttle control assembly worn

Carefully remove twist grip.. Do not lose metal pin and guides attached to throttle cable.. remove tiller handle and assembly... when assembling throttle cable to tiller handle make sure the outer cable is properly located before fitting stop switch assemble... grease it all up... remember to fit idle control knob to twist grip before final assembly... Enjoy :)
