Problem fixed: Failed hydraulic tilt/lift unit

Dismantled the leaking old unit and found metal shards, indicating complete failure of the pump. R/R with a new one from Crowley.

Great support, responded quickly with lost order.

Problem fixed: No trim and tilt

Seals on the release screw were damaged and caused the the hydraulic oil to bypass. New seal kit and release screw resolved the problem

Problem fixed: leaking trim fluid

needed to repace tilt trim motor and the seals.. relatively easy to remove whole assembly and then attached new motor and centre cap and o rings.... installed new bushings and rings... when taking off the assembly make sure the back of motor is supported and used penetrating oil to help release the top pin and bottom pin and cut wires at top of old trim motor....

Problem fixed: rebuild power trim cylinder's and replace trim motor,

loosened by pass screw, raised motor by hand removed left side of motor cover, removed wire's removed trim, drained fluid, disassembled cylinder's and cleaned, reassembled, removed trim motor installed new one put fluid back in used spare 12 volt battery to run trim to fill with fluid, replaced trim, wired up replace cover and rand the trim ,
