Problem fixed: Thermostat housing leaking

Ordered new thermostats and oring. I broke plastic cover removing thermostat. Next time I will order thermostat kit that comes with new plastic cover,thermostat, oring.

remove thermastat cap that was broken removed thermastat clean threads and reinstall new thermastat

All very prompt - a couple of hiccups - placed 2 orders about 12hr apart, emailed and asked for them to be shipped together but they didn't and ended up paying shipping fees twice (would have been less as one shipment) - in the end all parts received and will order again.

Problem fixed: fuel leak - fuel pump weak

addressed a fuel leak at vapor separator cover with new gasket - installed rebuild kits for carbs (maint) - fuel pump was weak so deleted pump/vro and installed new pump/bracket mod from Mastertech and now premixing oil.

It was very good. They kept me informed right up until it was delivered and was in my box for me to pick up so the service was excellent

It has always been a good experience. I recently ordered a bunch of parts and the box showed up missing a few things that I paid for. I called customer service and the parts were shipped that day and I had them in a few days. The web site is very easy to use, parts lookup it awesome! I'll use these guys regularly.

Problem fixed: 300 hour service

I use my engine in saltwater so I did the entire recommended service list, not just the 300 hour. It runs like a top. I will be needing a new lower unit in the next year or two due to saltwater corrosion. I've looked them up and they're readily available brand new. Pretty good for a 14 year old engine!

My experience with Crowley was fine. There was a long wait on parts from the Johnson factory. Obviously that wasnt Crowley's fault and they kept in contact with me through the delivery. I will order from Crowley again.

Excellent, although some parts took a little bit of time, all the needed parts arrived, contrary to the competition which had told me some of the parts could not be found any longer!!

Problem fixed: Engine had been in storage for 6 years, sporadic temp alarms and trans would disengage under load

As for sporadic temperature alarms replaced thermostats, temp probes and a complete pump replacement. For transmission disengagement under load, lower unit support points had disintegrated and engine movement caused engagement bar to move and disengage, installed two new lower unit points.

It was outstanding! They located all of the parts sooner than initially stated and I got them a day earlier than initially stated. The online "chat" was effective and friendly. I especially like that all of the communication was done with people that use English as a first language!

Problem fixed: Plastic thermostat nut sheared off at the thread.s.

Had to replace 5 individual pieces (o-ring, spring, washer, thermostat itself, nut). Wanted to get the repair done quickly to allow me to take my boat to Lake Powell the following week. You guys were unbelievable in getting the correct parts to me quickly! Yay!

Problem fixed: Replaced plastic covers on thermostats.

Someone had removed the thermostat covers in the past. They broke one cover, repaired it with JBWeld, and glued it back in. It fell apart when we removed it. We cleaned the threads and put in new covers.

Had a missing item it was corrected and shipped right away
