Problem fixed: Les aimants du volant moteur son partis en poussière

Le plus dur a été de trouver un arrache volant et la douille correspondante sinon pas de problème particulier, on démonte et on remonte le neuf et c'est reparti .

The parts arrived when expected. However I am having difficulty changing the seals. Would appreciate suggestions on how to remove the seals and replace them. Special tools? etc

Problem fixed: Lower unit was leaking water into the gear case found out one of the shaft seals was missing and the other one was not seated

I ordered a new set of prop shaft seals and reinstalled them and pulled the lower unit and replaced the water pump impeller and related parts have not tested it all yet but will soon
