Problem fixed: Replaced rusted parts

Not much of a story as I just removed Locking lever and reverse lock link with misc. pins and springs and replaced with new.

Problem fixed: Throttle hesitation.

The repair that I did was replacing all the throttle components beginning with the Throttle Cam Assembly and ending with the Link Assembly. It was an easy replacement and everything fit very well. It did improve the throttle response.
