I rebuilt 1990 Johnson 6 hp outboard. Hone cylinders new rings and bearings. Gasket set, rebuild carb & fuel pump, all new fuel lines. New lower unit seals and water pump. Re-paint.

The 1985 Johnson 90 hp VRO sat for 2 years during the time of the pandemic when we could not cross from Canada to our cottage in northern Vermont. I had always used high octane ethanol free gasoline, so I was not surprised when the engine started easily. However, it was aparent something was wrong since the pee hole wasn't peeing and water was spraying out from the engine casing. I removed the outer case, and it was clear that a 37 year old rubber hose for evacuating the water that cooled the engine through the pee hole had failed completely. Luckily, I keep a length of rubber hose in the glove compartment, along with a rusting razor blade. I changed the hose but, unfortunately, the plastic pee hole tip lost a tang when I was handling it. Crowley had the part and sent it to me very quickly at a fair price. When my motor needs servicing, I won't hesitate to call Crowley. Thank you.

I ordered a part on Oct 12 and got 2 or 3 subsequent notices of delay in delivery, which in my case is not a problem....I won't be running my motor until next spring. I did get a notice on Oct 21 that the part was shipped. On Nov 4 you sent this survey. Today is Nov 7th and I have not received the part...this is a concern. I do appreciate the updating notices.
