Ordered 4 obscure parts for tilt mechanism for 25hp 1993 Johnson. They took a couple weeks to fill the order but the parts fit like a glove once I received them

The customer service was awesome. When I first placed my order they sent me an email telling me that one of the items I ordered was going to hold up the entire order. I did not read it which was MY FAULT. I was planning on using my boat for a camping trip and needed to fix my motor before I left. When the deadline got down to 2 days I started looking at my email to see why I hadn’t received my order yet. Only then did I discover the email announcing the holdup for the one part. I called customer service fully expecting to get charged a rediculous shipping fee to get the available parts in time (the holdup was not a critical component). Customer service couldn’t have been more helpful. They shipped my partial order out and guaranteed it would be in my hands in time for me to do my repairs. All went smoothly and my vacation was saved. A big thank you to Crowley Marine!
