Problem fixed: gear case oil leak

Gearcase seal repair kit is cheap, arrived quickly and parts applied so far were perfect. Only needed prop shaft seals, but price for whole kit was about the same as two seals and an o ring. Now have the rest of the seals if needed.

This transaction went very smoothly and very quickly. The part was a little different than the original, so a slight modification had to be made. Not sure why this was the case, but workable.

Problem fixed: Boat had zero guts

Boat had an under sized prop when I bought it and when I took it out the prop would spin but the boat had no speed, checked the prop and realized it looked like something you'd find on a tiller motor, changed the prop and all the fixings and now it runs like a top

Problem fixed: Lost prop and prop shaft seals were leaking.

Fabricated a puller assembly to remove the propeller shaft bearing assembly and purchased bolt stock size 1/4"-28 thread to use for guide pins to reinstall.

I know there is a pandemic going on. It took a long time to get the parts I needed.
