Problem fixed: motor would try to start as soon as ig switch turned to ON

I knew the problem was either the keyswitch or the solenoid. Testing with an ohmmeter proved the solenoid was 'stuck' in the on condition. I replaced the solenoid.

Your website definitely needs an overhaul... trying to take something out of your cart is a nightmare. The reps when you call in are very polite, knoweledeable & friendly. Two things I wish you would improve is your website. Make it more user friendly and faster shipping. I understand flat rate shipping is cheep but it's also slow. Maybe you can sell through Amazon? They have two day free shipping with membership. Even if nothing changes I will still use Crowley Marine because of the low shipping price,knowledge & parts breakdown on the website.
