PREFACE

This exhaust gasket is used on 235 outboard and 2.6 Liter OMC Sea Drive® Models.

Use the exhaust gasket as supplied to service cylinder blocks without water passage O-rings.

Inspect your powerhead, if the cylinder block has water passage O-rings (A) the gasket must be modified.

Cut out template.

Align the template arrows (B) with lower edge of gasket and hold in position. Mark gasket with felt pen and cut with scissors.

Hold the gasket against the cylinder block and make sure gasket does not interfere with O-rings.
