Removed old fuel pump and installed the new one. Very simple repair.
2005 4 STROKE YAMAHA 8HP HIGH THRUST

Problem fixed: Fuel leaking from fuel pump.
Removed 2 bolts holding the fuel pump in. Installed the new fuel pump and tightened the bolts bsck up.

Problem fixed: Wouldn't troll at low rpm's
R&R carb (easy to do) Cleaned all jets with carb cleaner found a little bit of dirt in the bowl. Idled great but not under load trolling. Ordered new gas filter and fuel pump. Easy replacements. Next time out ran great trolling. 2001 model ton of hours first repair other than timing belts and water pumps
