Problem fixed: Damaged gear case

Disassemble gear case and checked for any damaged or worn parts. Install bearings , shaft and gears into new housing. Reseal, reassemble and installed new water pump. Filled gear case with lube and checked for leaks. Note: I have never worked on lower units before other than water pump impeller. Everything checked out ok. I put the lower unit back on engine and put boat in the water..worked like a new one.

Problem fixed: engine wouldnt start

diagnosed no fuel at common rail. working backwards from there found fuel at lift pump . all filters werre clear. checked for power (elec) at fuel vapour pump . had power so removed pump and replaced . also replaced lift pump and all filters . runs great

I received what I needed. Everything was fine except for the USPS delivery. Very slow I guess because of the Covid virus. Next time I will pay a little more and get delivery by UPS.
