1989 25 hp mercury

Problem fixed: Water in lower unit

Dismantled gearbox. Made up a puller to remove driveshaft needle bearings. Took some doing removing bearings off reverse gear. Press all parts together with vice and reassemble. Moved at a slow pace and all seems ok

Problem fixed: Propshaft was bent

Took it off and made it straight and reinstall with new seals and bearing than put back oil
