Problem fixed: Broke output shaft and housing and also damaged foot

Parts we easy to look up and find. Diagram actually helped me when reassembling parts as everything kinda just came apart once the output shaft broke in pieces. My 17 year old son and I did all of the work ourselves as it is his boat. Great experience for him and I to have together.
