Problem fixed: Motor would tilt up bu not down

Traced the electrical connections and switched them; when I did, the motor would go down but not up, so I knew the electric motor was good. Bought two relay switches, installed them and problem solved! Works great again!

Problem fixed: lower unit oil seals leaking

removed and replaced oil seals . The prop had an 1/8 th inch of play after being tightened down which may be the cause of the seals going bad. I made a shim out of a rubber washer to stop the play.

I am very pleased with the service at Crowley Marine. I will only buy my Mercury parts here.

Problem fixed: No high speed.

Used a carburetor repair kit for both carburetors in my engine . Replace the diaphragm and check valves. Change the timing belt and reset up the advance. Put 3 new spark plugs.
