Problem fixed: Leaking fuel tank

I had to replace a couple of O-rings and a plug according to a YouTube video I found that solved my tank leaking problem. The tank is 43 years old.

I ordered a part off your website and was shipped a different item. I called and was told that they no longer carry that part anymore. So now I’m going to try to see if this part will work.

Ist order was fine. This order took a very long time to arrive and I had to ask three different times where my parts were. You moved your warehouse but you should have thought about your business to get orders out on time.

Problem fixed: Had a leak around one of the pins on the fuel tank terminal

You have to drill the aluminum plug on back side of pin with a 5/32drill bit and put a pin in the hole and pry the plug out and remove spring and pin valve and rubber seat then go around to pin side and trim the stake Mark's around brass washer till it prys out easily and take quad ring out of hole and replace with the one you ordered from crowley put washer back in hole and stake it on the sides I suggest 3 places then go to plug side and put o -ring valve seat in the hole and push it to bottom with a small screw driver put pin valve back so pin sticks out the other side you will have to use needle nose pliers for this and put spring in hole and over back side of pin valve put new aluminum plug back in hole and hold it with a 1/4 inch flat face punch and hit it about medium force till plug stays in hole and doesnt leak fuel usually 2 hits does it your done

Perfect. Everything was just fine.

Due to Covid-19, I got my shipment 2-3 weeks late. They notified me several times that it would likely arrive late. I appreciate that courtesy, especially in today's environment. Products were as ordered and my repair went fine. Cost me over $20 though, but I'm still satisfied.

Problem fixed: fuel tank valve leaked

I watched a very helpful YouTube video that gave me the part numbers I needed and showed me how to repair my 1972 OMC 6 gal. metal fuel tank fuel connection valve. It's the video with the guy with the shaky hands.

Problem fixed: Complete restoration

New water pump, new fuel pump, new prop seals, carburetor rebuild, new starter rope, new spark plugs, repaint, new period decal set. Looks and runs like a new motor. Thanks for everything

I ordered 3 of the same part, and received two different parts. Not sure why. The first part I tried worked. Have not tried the others that look different.
