The store experience was great. However using FedEx when shipping to Canada is the worst way to ship. They charged me 25.78 in extra charges before they would deliver the parcel on top of the shipping charges on your invoice. This makes it hard to justify ordering parts when shipped by FedEx. I will not buy again for that reason.

Problem fixed: broken rewind, choke knob and guide missing, spark plug stripped out of cylinder

Was going to scrap outboard but found parts on Crowley Marine with much appreciation. Got the rewind spring, choke knob. Didn't even think that I could find parts for this old engine. Epoxied and new plug receptor into cylinder with high heat JB weld good for 2400F. Had to make a choke guide and some parts that were lost. Got engine running on first pull now. "Just and old luminum boat with 10 horse Johnson and a reworked choke"

Problem fixed: My overly aggressive son pulled the rewind spring out of the cop

Last time I replaced the spring, apparently I put it in backwards. Didn’t know you could, but that’s what a mechanic told me. Read the manual for the proper installation of the spring.

Problem fixed: starter rebuild

Each year usually in the early spring I service all my small engine's so my grand kids can just take one of the small boats out fishing trouble free as it should be for kids. This year I late to service one motor and needed ready in a hurry. I found Crowley Marine and the rest is history. Thank you Crowley Marine
