Answer:
0393103 does show to be the correct Evinrude part number for your model number. I'm not sure if the aftermarket kit you purchased is wrong or if the fuel pump was changed at some point. Unfortunately, we are unable to reference any of the casting numbers on the fuel pump itself.

Problem fixed: Rebuild fuel pump - changed out fuel lines.
I've had the fuel pump rebuild kit for about a week or so, but did not take it off because I wanted to change the feed line from the tank connection on the motor housing to the Fuel Filter cover. I was told that it ran underneath the power head, and was a headache to change. It's not that bad. From the motor housing fitting, it runs under a "dogleg" of sorts, which is part of the power head mounting system, but does NOT go under the powerhead. The hose is only about 7" long. Once I got the motor cover off, I realized that it was a job I could do. A small piece of rope, with a knot tied in one end, run through a length of hose longer than is needed works well. Fish the rope down under the 'leg' - then pull the rope and guide the hose as it heads to where it needs to be. You can start from either side of the 'leg', depending on what is more comfortable. Being right-handed, I pulled the hose from inside the 'leg', down, then back up to to where I could push it through the hole in the case where the fuel fitting is bolted. Pull it through the housing, push it on the fitting, and re-bolt the fuel fitting back to the motor housing. Then, push the excess back toward the inside of the 'leg', and cut it to length, then push it onto the fuel pump cover. At this time you can still reach everything to put the zip ties on. I rebuilt the fuel pump in my garage before I began the job of changing the hoses, to keep track. The time used includes the pump rebuild, hose changes, and all re-assembly.
