All parts were included in repair kit and installation was done without any complications. Water pump and other parts were in such bad shape one more trip fishing may have ruined my engine.

Great! In addition to getting the correct parts I was able to use the Crowley Marine parts schematic to figure out what went where. The only negatives are the exchange $$ and the shipping costs. Parts are same as original!!!!

Problem fixed: Not able to adjust Idle speed

Needed to replace idle speed parts. Not knowing exactly what specific parts required replacing, I ordered the idle adjustment screw, the idle adjustment knob (at first did not realize retaining ring was included), the idle adjustment spring washer and, a gear shaft retaining ring. After ordering the parts I realized the retaining ring was included with the knob so now I have a spare and that is OK. In doing the repairs I also realize that the spring washer and the adjustment screw were OK. I did replace the screw and kept the new spring washer and old adjustment screw as spares. Two reasons it took me more than 30 minutes which it should not. Not having the manual (bought used several years ago) I took my time figuring out how to reinstall everything in the correct fashion. In addition, at first I had the wrong sized retaining ring pliers.
