Evenrude

Waited 2 weeks for parts to even ship even tho I paid for 2 day shipping. When shipped they didn’t even send all my parts out due to a off inventory and said it be another 2 weeks for the rest of them. I’m still waiting on my refund since I had to cancel the rest of the order and order from someone else.

Problem fixed: Overheat buzzer goes off at times

Replaced thermostat. Very easy. Can do while in the water. Only needed a crescent wrench to remove the cover for the old one. Reused the springs and gaskets. No more overheat buzzer.

Problem fixed: Thermostat replacement

Just unscrew it don't crack the cap while taking off you can't get a new one. Then just take it apart and replace the internal parts . Remember to use a lot of grease on the threads to get it apart again.
