I live in Australia and ordered from Crowley Marine as I couldn't find parts locally... I received everything I ordered.. brand new and within 4 to 5 working days... I'll definitely look here first if II need anything else :)

Problem fixed: Tiller handle throttle control assembly worn

Carefully remove twist grip.. Do not lose metal pin and guides attached to throttle cable.. remove tiller handle and assembly... when assembling throttle cable to tiller handle make sure the outer cable is properly located before fitting stop switch assemble... grease it all up... remember to fit idle control knob to twist grip before final assembly... Enjoy :)

Overall the experience was good however 30 days delivery time was excessive seeing your website whowed the parts were in stock. Most things I buy from the US take 2 weeks maximum.
