Product Description

Fully remanufactured short blocks and cylinder heads for Mercury and Mariner four cylinder 40/50/60/75/90/115 horsepower 4-stroke engines, both carbureted and fuel injected, manufactured from 2000 to 2010. Includes powerhead gasket installation set and break-in instructions. Carries a full one year warranty. Please note: Long blocks are shipped with short blocks and cylinder heads separate.

 

Our low shipping charge includes a prepaid shipping label so that you can ship the core back to us. The core charge is fully refundable upon receipt of a good core. Please read our core policy.

I have a 2013 40 hp efi 4 stroke mercury on my 20 foot pontoon. can this be easily converted with a 60 hp block?

Hello James, Thank you for sending us your question. You can not convert your engine to a different horse power, blocks would not match. I recommend using our Mercury tech line for this type of advice 920-929-5040 for they will be the best line of contact. Kind regards, Joe.
