Problem fixed: Developed a hole in the bottom leaked oil.

Remove old lower unit carefully. Because it's aluminium. I used a floor jack to install the new unit . I was sure to use neversieze on the dowel pins and make sure the shifter lever on the new unit is in the correct direction and lined up with the receiver of the top unit. After tightening the bolts I added the gear oil. Than I started it up and ran it for awhile . Omg every thing worked fine.
