1) Placed order on a Monday (part was in stock). 2). Received a call on Wednesday wanting some additional information about my order. 3) Part delivered on Friday afternoon (3pm Eastern) to the marina repair shop doing the work in my boat. The wrong part had been shipped. Notified by shop of wrong part, it was 3pm in Denver so I called Crowley. Was contacted by Crowley several hours later and they gave me a return material authorization number to be put on the box so that UPS could pick it up. 4) Crowley would not ship the correct part until they received notice from UPS that the other part had been picked up. This didn't happen until the following Tuesday. 5) Meanwhile, I'm without the use of my boat for an additional weekend because of the shipping error and Crowley's refusal to ship the correct part ASAP. Wasn't my mistake! 6) This is the second time that I have purchased products from Crowley, will I use them again? More than likely, I'll just make sure that I don't plan on using my boat based on their inability to ship the product that I ordered correctly the first time.
