That installation gasket kit is included with the powerhead. To get the price for your powerhead, you must select your model from the drop down. The core charge is refunded upon receipt of a good core. The factory will include break-in instructions with the powerhead since the powerhead is not ran at the factory.
Are these the powerhead heads Oring type?

Mercury used cylinder head gaskets for the 2.5L powerheads. The 3.0L powerheads used o-rings.
