It’s been just about two months and still haven’t received all my parts. Sent emails regarding the parts and it takes 2 weeks for a reply. They had no problem charging my credit card in one day. The web site said that they had plenty of the parts in stock too. I understand that this is during the Covid time. But ordered a different part from a local dealer and had it in a week. They didn’t even offer a refund???? So here I wait no email regarding the part just a survey on there service. Lol

I rarely rate but this is an exception. I placed my order in July. Part of my order showed up in October. I emailed support and was told the item that didn't ship is no longer available. But they would glad tio refund me for that item. I told him I would check with the guy doing the work and get back to him. That same day (October 7) I emailed abs asked that a return label be sent out for the parts I did receive and a full refund be issued because without the one part, the rest were users useless. I have yet to get a response of any kind.

Waited six months for a part that was listed as available. Numerous emails back and forth. Changing delivery dates. Never updated by Crowley!!! Finally gave up and had the parts they had delivered, cancelling the missing part. I will get my parts elsewhere next time.
