Problem fixed: Would not get full throttle.
I bought the motor from somebody that deals in them. He claimed it ran? I had to replace the charge coil first to get a good spark, then the throttle cable to get full speed. Also the stop switch as that did not work. I could have lived with it but I was at the switch so speed the money and make it right. It works the way it should now. i was a Evinrude factory trained back in 1967. I finished my career by teaching small engine repair. He said I didn't know what I was talking about.
