Return Policy

Return Policy: All sales on electrical equipment including starters, powerpacks, coils, etc. are final. Please read our policies below for all other items.

In Stock Parts: Items which we are currently stocking can be returned within 30 days and must be new, undamaged, complete, uninstalled and in original factory sealed packaging. Returns on items between 14 and 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Special Order Parts: All items that are not currently in stock at the time of the order are considered special orders. There will be a 20% restocking fee on these parts for all returns within 30 days. This is what the manufacturer charges us and is non-negotiable.

Remanufactured Products: All powerheads, sterndrives, and lower units are subject to a 20% restocking fee regardless of stock status.

The only exception to this policy is if the return is due to an error on our behalf. In this case we will exchange parts at no cost within 30 days.

NO returns will be accepted after 30 days.
